Sevengill Beach- Wow, it’s been a hell of a month shark fishing from the surf. Many months of missed opportunities and lost fish made things seem a little bleak, until recently when the light switch was turned on!
For a few weeks, the Soupfin Shark were snapp’in hard and quickly have been replaced with big Sevengill sharks. 10 captured sharks in the last 3 weeks and 14 lost opportunities from break-offs or pulled hooks. Not bad knowing 4 fishing sessions almost produced 24 sharks!
