It was time to cook another pig in the ground,so first we had to get a pig.

Then we prepped it by stuffing it with onions, garlic, peppers, oranges and lemons and then seasoned it all up.

Can't cook without a fire

The next day, 16 hours later it was time to dig it up.

You know it's cooked when you can pull the bones right out !

It's not a party unless these two are here

I always invite the local Fire Dept. to feed them and let them relax.

Had to show my rival (Little Italy) how we do things right

Partied till wee hours around the fire pit with good friends

Got it out of my system till next year
