New to Forum

Hi Guys, been meaning to sign up.  I research bananas and came across the great article on this forum.  I hope to learn more from you all and contribute to the study of bananas and their effect (if any) on fishing.

Oh yeah, and I do fish but have been out of commission off-and-on for the last several years.  Lately I have been scouring the local surf in search of small- to medium- sized barred surf perch.  I hope to post a report soon.

Tom - that's what I'm afraid of: summer's coming posts.  I'm particularly vulnerable right now as I'm learning how to navigate a new website.   :)

Not sure if my avatar is coming up.  It shows for a second, but then looks like it disappears.  Can you guys see it on your end?  Its a trout head, of course.

Cool.  I think I've got it.

Great to be here Tom.  The site looks great - well organized and lots of info.  Shirts are awesome too.  I'll have to place an order.

Hopefully I can put up a perch or two and an occasional recipe.  I was thinking some Santa Ana bionico but that has bananas.  Shucks.  I'll have to come up with something else.

That Mike brought a banana out fishing with Tommy and I at Catalina.  Paul (Fishnfu) caught the banana as we threw it to him and we almost threw him Mike also!  LOL
