Desert Loop
« on: April 13, 2023, 10:07:18 AM »
It was family day and I took the girls on a trip to the desert to see the wild flowers.  I was super impressed, but them, not so much.  LOL

One the way back, we stopped at Julian for some BBQ and Apple Pie.  As we were going through Cuyamaca, My jaw dropped on how high the water level was!  Trout will be lost for days!

I don't think I remember seeing it this flooded (back maybe in 1998)

You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Very cool scenery out that way. Some of the grave sites at the Adobe Building go way back. Good places to shoot in some of them canyons too and I would imagine they are full of fossils for your trained eyes.
