Smoked Ahi Brisket

It's weird how it looks like Brisket, but tasted like smoked Ahi.

It was heavy on the smoke, maybe a little too heavy.

Sounds awesome. So far I’ve done steak sandwiches and poke with the ahi, both great.

I'm always finding new ways to eat it so it doesn't become one dimensional.
