Lobster Legs

Just a quick post in the food section because I tried something new. 



I used to put the legs in the microwave for 10 seconds and the meat would blow out all cooked, but always wondered if there was meat between the legs like in a crab.  After taking the tails off, I cleaned the gills and innards to just have the meaty bottom and legs.



I steamed one up and it was just as good as i hoped, so I vacuum sealed the rest and froze them for a "Crobster Boil" at a later date.
