2023 Season

This is my first time posting in a while. I got a nice 7 gill yesterday. Landing this, really fat male 7 gill, ended an excruciating long one-year drought.  I was fishing an outgoing tide. Using a mack head, fighting it, and landing it with my 13-foot heaver rod, custom-made by Terrafirma tackle.  It was super exciting and I am ready to go out again and hopefully, land and safely release another one. Tight Lines! The picture is on the way.

BTW, my last one I beached was in 2021.  I lost at least 6 since then and it's just downright aggravating!
