Smoked Tuna

 My cousin gave me a cooler full of BFT and YFT so I gave it my best shot on the smoker :) As soon as I get my boat back I hope to be catching my own very soon ;) Teriyaki, brown sugar and pepper over night in a bowl in the fridge then onto the smoker with Cherry wood.  225 for 1 1/2 hours, I think it's pretty tasty  8)



Cut into smaller pieces


Let it rest and drip dry




Turned out good  8)

Looks awesome Tim!  Just getting your seafood skills warmed up for all of the fish you guys are going to be catching soon!
