Trying to be like Tim

Well, I don't have a smoker anymore, but have a grill box to let my new Weber also smoke while grilling.  I haven't tried ribs on this grill yet, but decided to make 2 full racks as well as a half chicken.  It basically took up the entire 5 burner surface, but came out GREAT!

I'm not regretting the Weber purchase at all.  That thing cooks so evenly and perfect.

I'm sure I still have to get to Tim's level, but this turned out so much better than I was even hoping.

Looks good. Kept it simple myself. Costco chicken apple sausages and green chile feta burgers.

Didn’t want to over tax my level of intoxication. People were happy.

Would have liked some of that corn though. Looks great.
