Seal beach pier
« on: May 21, 2017, 06:29:13 PM »
Walked the pier with the little one and wanted to see what the pier looked like. End is closed off. A few buckets full of 12" macks, some small YFC being tossed back and micro SNGF keeping people busy.

Water was dirty but the surf was flat. I didn't like it but I bet there's some big rays to be had.
Keep it tight

You are Pierfisher after all!  Cool to take your kid down and check out the pier.
He should be ready for some rays soon!

You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Haha I am still pierfisher. I'm going to give one of the piers a go and slide live bait. Hopefully CnR a thresher, maybe grill it...? Not sure yet. I need to avoid the gaff crazy pier rats.
Keep it tight
