Shiny and New
« on: January 17, 2017, 09:36:42 AM »
Every time I look at a motor, something happens.

Here are what my motor funds just went to...
(Photobucket isn't working for me but imagine an old water heater)

Out with the old...
(Imagine old water heater in back of truck)

In with the new...
(Imagine nice and shiny water heater that looks nothing like a motor)

You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Bummer man! Couldn't convince the family to stick with the cold showers huh?

(PS- Try imgur for the pic hosting.  Ray mentioned it awhile back and it seems to work great for me)

Cold showers build character.  ;)

Photobucket has an upload issue. Using their app off a phone is no problem. On a computer you have to go to your library and there is a "click to upload" box as the upper left picture and that is the only one that works off a computer.

Once I get Kittys livewell drain fixed she still needs more water tests. I will need a deck hand.  ;)

On the way home from the lake yesterday I passed a truck full of old water heaters. Wondered if one was yours.

I haven't had any issues with the Photobucket app for iPhone.

Just think of the money you will save on soap when taking a cold shower  ;)  I replaced two of mine a while back, they don't build them like they used to  >:(

In 12 months my dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer and Water Heater all blew....  I'm guessing everything will go out all at once 10 years from now for me since it was all replaced at the same time.  lol

Just had to do ours. Badger5 from Home Depot around $80. Took maybe 15 minutes total to swap out.

Guess I should stop complaining about the toilet flapper that went out on me recently.
