Pre gathering scouting

Hit the Casino around 12:30p. Looked pretty clean from the parking lot, a different story in the water. Kelpier than sh!t. Fished for about 1.5hrs and decided I needed a carne asada burrito. Hope it's better at the Soup Kitchen.
