Just couldn't resist
« on: March 08, 2015, 08:40:16 PM »
Made an evening run down to a local spot just because it was the first decent chance I could take advantage of in quite a while.

Small surf, clean water, and a low rising tide. Tried to get a perch for bait while I soaked mackerel but no go.

Soaked a couple hours, but no bites.Must have picked the wrong spot. Again.

This report is too similar to many of my reports.

I think my biggest mistake was not going somewhere totally new to get a good low tide look see. At least I would have gained knowledge while getting skunked.
