Governor Grusome is pushing revised regulations:

a) Cannot keep any fish under 13.75 inches or larger than 14 inches.
b) Live bait can only be caught/sold to the public on Tuesday and Thursday.
c) No fishing on the second weekend of each month during the full moon.
d) All lures and sinkers must have your fishing license number written on them with a fine point black sharpie unless the lure/sinker is a dark color, then yellow must be used.
e) Casting overhead is no longer permitted.
f) If fishing from an inflatable boat, you must have a leak repair kit and a pressurized bottle of air on-board.
g) All pelagic fish must be immediately returned to the water, they are tourist of California and must be treated with respect and courtesy.
h) Lobster season starts 9/1 12:00 AM and ends 9/1 12:05 AM.
i) All engines must be pedal power only by 2025 for all boats, NO EXCEPTIONS.
j) Legal age for drinking alcohol on boats is 33. Anyone can smoke weed regardless of their age.

i tried to convince him, he was very adamant about only 5, should have seen his face when we had 5 fish in the weigh bag and he heard a fish kicking in the livewell, he looked right at me and said "say it," so i responded with "you f@cking fool," we both laughed
