Hit MB Saturday morning, it was pretty nice weather but the tide was very low. Lots of kayaks and boats everywhere but we managed to wipe the stripe with a few bass 8)

Lost a small Hali at the boat and a few short bites too :( We only got 4 bass but it was a nice change of pace from life up here in the sticks :) We will return with a vengeance ;)

(I saw he mentioned that in FB, so I figured I's mention that here) LOL
Glad you could get out in that cluster packed bay! Hopefully spring break is over and things settle down here.

Nice bassin'. Ran into Chis and Johnny after they finished their tourney at MB on Saturday, they said there were 50 something boats in the tourney alone and they had to fish MB only... im sure that contributed to the already crowded weekend bay traffic, and low fish count.

Nice that you got out in that mess. We had 31 boats at the SBS bay bass tournament Sat. We started at 5am. and beat that place to a pulp. Pretty much out of the 31 teams 7 had limits of legals, barely legals. we only manged one legal at 1.56 lbs. lost two others at the boat all before 7 after that it shut down till around noon and then we picked through countless 13 3/4 to 137/8 in fish. I did get a 271/2 inch white sea bass on the a rig. It wrecked that a rig..
