Surf was a little big, so we hit the bay.  Super duper low tide, so chose a spot we wouldn't sink to our waist in mud at.

I got a big run on the first cast.  Steve got a rod bender on his first cast.  Then things went quiet until the clicker told me I actually had one on! 

Drag puller.  Big bend in rod, and was pretty convinced it was a bat ray from the way it was acting.

Nope.... Big Butter!

Had a great sunset and that was it.  Fished until 7:00 before we got bored out of our minds and packed for home.
