Will post up pics when I get the chance today, but I did recently purchase a Penn Carnage II 12' surf rod and a Truth Reels SM Surf reel. Will write a review once I give them a thorough once over in the surf.

I heard the "Truth" was that it got spooled last night? On a fish and not fresh line. ;D :o ;D

Spooled with a vengeance!! It was awesome too! Taxman? Giant 7? Huge BSB? Haven't caught either, so nothing to compare it to. Felt like a 300lb soupfin.
