My wife mad some amazing chicken and dumplin's last night for dinner.  I am a blessed man!

Looks great.  Yeah, I'm a huge fan of dutch ovens and basically anything cast iron.  I do have a great chicken and dumplings recipe for the crock pot though.  Maybe I'll post it up one of these days.
