7/12 La Jolla AM
« on: July 12, 2020, 03:32:37 PM »
Calicos went suicidal. Barries in the mix. Couldn't connect with the yellows because macks were huge. Going to perfect my trap hook rig this week. Thanks for reading.

I would love some huge macks. Dead or alive.

Right on Len!  I used some monster macks to catch my yellows, but honestly, I wasn't very confident in them.

How big were the cuda?  Legals?
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

The yellows you ran into had bigger mouths than the ones that tried to gobble down my offerings.  ;D

Cudas were mixed. Mostly that 28-36" range.

I should have gone to LJ yesterday, but hit up the Southern Kelp instead.
