Hit the water last night to test the new reel.

Hit the surf at 7:30 stayed till 10:30.
Surf was fishable but there was some salad out there. Lots of pick ups but they just drop the bait before we could set the hooks.
Did manage to get 1 to the beach.
Maybe all of 30" at best. First male I have caught.

We are trying to find the grinners.
