Found Dan's Recipe. Best ever. Gave the recipe to the Bartender at the Marriott Old Town Suites in Scottsdale. Every now and then he brings a batch in, it does not last long.
Vodka good Vodka I wouldnt waste your money on top of the line because you wont be able to taste the difference. You can also get Vodka infused with bacon flavor. I would use something like a Smirnoff Premium Triple Distilled or similar quality.
Mary Mix. Lots of choices here. I like the Mr. & Mrs. T Premium or basic. This mix has a lot of the ingredients that I use, it just needs some help.
Worcestershire Sauce (a few shakes).
A-1 Steak Sauce (2-4 drops).
Tabasco, Tapatio, Cholula, or Sriracha to taste or any combination of the four.
Horseradish sauce to taste, ½ tsp or so. This should be the main heat source.
Beef both, 2 tbsp more/less depending on taste. I heat it up and reduce it before I add it.
Onion powder, just a little bit.
Fresh garlic, just a tiny bit. Mince and press with the back of a spoon before adding.
Fresh squeezed lemon juice from 1-2 wedges.
Celery seeds, just a few.
Celery salt, a couple dashes
Cracked Black Pepper to taste.
Plenty of ice. You can even shake your drink and pour over ice.
Make the mix the night before and let it blend in the fridge all night. Do NOT put the Vodka in the mix. Add Vodka and ice when you make the drink.
Garnish:
Pickled Asparagus
Celery stalk
Lemon wedge
Option, add an olive of your choice stuffed with your choice of goodies. I like the ones stuffed with a Jalapeno pepper. You could even make your own if you want to put the time in.
Whatever other garnish(s) you want to add
I crack some more pepper on top done!
