General Board / Re: Independence Day 2023

Bought a couple nice steaks to cook for the wife. All hands on deck at the print shop today so she'll have a nice dinner when she gets home. Nobody is happy about having to work but they have 8000 shirts to deliver friday.

Bunch of people coming to watch fireworks from the patio later. its BYOEverything so I just had to clean things up. No idea how many might be here.

Have a great day everybody.

I'm surprised someone in particular hasn't joined in on this thread?

They probably have a bad attitude.

One of these days Squatch is gonna throw your lucky ass right in the water!!!
Never gonna happen.

Turned into a fun trip. I was beyond over it until the end.

Also, to clarify, “veered” means change in and out of the exit lane multiple times until it was too late to get back out.

Sandies are fun.

That is a wild amount of browns. Fun session.

Lesson for all, scrub them clean or Tom will clean them for you.  ;D

Duly noted...

It’s no joke. Dip your boots at the dock.

Sounds fun.

Very cool

I use “huge thumbnail” when I post from Imgur. Seems to be a good size

It was a great day. Not a lot of action but fun to check out the pier.

I followed up by going to the OB pier community meeting.
Engineering said it is able to be reopened as soon as wave damage to the top are done.
Expecting early July so it’s good we gave it a shot while we could.

Good luck, I used to love Mulege and Loreto.

I suggested loreto but I’m not mad at the east cape. Looking forward to it.

Anyone been recently?
