I wonder how they taste. One of these days the bleeding hearts will recognize there's no reason for them to be protected. Tax man can't do enough, time for the real destroyers to move in!

Was he trying to feed the sealion, tease it, or coax it out of the water? As much as I detest them and believe we need to manage their population, was the dude "asking" for it? People, tourists especially, who like to dangle fin fish over the rail to get a sealion to come out of the water is doing us no favors!!!!!
