For no other reason to post some pics of some great street tacos I made last night.

Tri-Tip
BBQ Red Peppers
Fresh diced Pico de Gallo
Corn Salsa
White corn tortillas grilled with sharp cheddar.

Mexican Street Corn

Those look awesome, the grilled cheddar is a nice touch.
