I missed Dave's 7, but after less than 5mins of bait soaking, my rod does the 7gill shuffle, and I get his baby brother. No tape, but we guesstimate it at 45" give or take. No real fight as the little tank hauled him with the quickness.

Mack head and caught ~20-30mins after Dave's was caught. My new reel is seeing plenty of action, but no major test yet. Bat fight should provide me with some real shots at tankers to truly test it.

I set up to the left of Dave and to the right of Mike and I play sand hand for them both. I must have angered the fish gods. :-[
