Love my OM caster but the spinner I used on that massive 7 gill was the Salt Striker 11 footer from Cabelas.

Don't know is the OM ends up cheaper but the SS certainly passed a trial by fire.

The nearest BPS to you is in Ranch Cucamonga. The cost of gas from SD would eat up the savings on the rod.
