Day 3

Two 12+ hour days down and one more 12-hour to go today in this audit.  This formula of: Wake up early - Rush to work - work 12+ hours - Drive home in traffic - Go to bed - Rinse and repeat with absolutely no time in-between is taking its toll this week.  To top that off, 5 birthdays and Mother's Day weekend has just pretty much wiped these 168 hours from my existence.

Going to have to find new neural pathways to connect so my 5-hydroxytryptamine can circulate better.  I guess it would start by catching my first BFT of the year... and that would probably get the ball rolling!  lol

Oh, and Kogahead....  Are you ready for another football pool beat down this year?

I worked 80 hours weeks for two months this year.

When I worked up on Donner Pass, when it snowed we worked 12 hour days.  Sometimes 7 days a week, depending on the storm.  One advantage, I stayed in the dorm and ate at the cafeteria.  Hence, no driving before and after work.  In my 13 years on the hill, I got one Christmas and two Thanksgivings off    :(
