Chad, I'll tell you what #1 and 2 are on my list right now, in no particular order, and probably both near the top of yours...Soupfin and  a So Cal surf Striper. We know they both can come out of spots close to each other, if not the same. I was thinkin, might not be a bad idea to bring a rod along rigged for throwin a striper plug some night, who knows? I don't think anybody targets them here, always incidental catches....

Halibut and Striper are both at the top below a Soupfin.  That's definitely a good idea!

That would of been funnier then hell if Ron caught an incidental 52" bat while "rooting you on"in VC...oh would he have gotten the wrath of Verne for reporting that one in ..LMAO

I thought of that and came up with a solution once I saw Chad and dad at the spot. I was gonna make Chad reel it in if it felt like a big bat. Lol
