Went out Friday evening for a quick session, and on the last cast, I caught this 87" male 7 Gill. I caught him on an outgoing tide, on a center cut piece of mackerel. Once again no one the beach to help me snap a picture. And yes, that is my 12 foot Penn Carnage II it is resting on. Unfortunately, I'm still making mistakes as I continue to learn how to fish solo. Happy Memorial Day Weekend guys!
