What are you catching? What is the biggest? What bait? What weight? Why here? I don't fish myself, Why the long rod? I want to see a fish caught. Is that one, as kelp or waves pulls the line?

I was trying some little crabs from the asian market that look like sidewinders I got last year for boat rockfish bait and figured rays would be all over them.

The Saltist reel is on probation. Didn't backlash on me so need some more trips before getting a green light.

Need a flag Tom not a shirt. Still wouldn't stop the yappers.

Lol, I guess when you fish at night you don't have too many beach goers asking questions.  ;)

Yep I try different stuff because the standards can't be the only thing fish eat. Bet these little crabs would slay at Sunset Cliffs or for Sheephead.

I'm blaming the red tide.
