This has been an unprecedented year in the world and has slowed to halted many shark fishing activities during the peak times. Prehistoric Soul will be here when you need us. I decided to go and watch it solo yesterday. I told the wife and daughter they can't go because they might ruin it for me, so I booked an IMAX theatre seat and went after work. Totally empty theatre, but probably one of the best movies I've seen in years! I really kept expectations low so I wouldn't be disappointed, but no need. The biggest shock going in was Chris Hemsworth. I for sure thought he was going to be the one part of the movie that might have ruined it for me, but he killed that role of Dementus!
I need to see it again as I think I missed a whole bunch of stuff trying to absorb that visual cocaine in one sitting....

How far away is BPS from you? It's like a 2-hour cruise for me unless I leave at 3am. lol
It's about an hour and 15 minutes with light traffic.

« Last post by Tim524 on May 28, 2024, 09:13:59 PM » Janie was getting over a cold, Aaron had other plans and the twins were still in bed, I bounced out by myself in the Escalade and headed North. No traffic and I made great timing. Hit the Restaurant at 11am and I was the only one in there.
Had my usual, Calamari and Fries with a Diet Coke
Tipped the waitress 10 bucks and cruised around before the crowd showed up. The fish are always fun to see.
Had to get a couple Re Arming kits for my Life Jackets and some new Safety Flares but somehow ended up with a few other things as well. Made a few laps upstairs too before calling it a day. Got to the register and realized I acquired about $600 worth of stuff in my basket......Oops ! Oh well gotta have it, I am stocked up for a bit.
Said Goodbye to the Toy Store and headed home.
Decided to grill some Brauts for an early dinner while Max was working on his tan.
