I love to BBQ, so why do just a shoulder when you can do the whole pig  ???

I got my 1 time use out of the big oven this year, time to BBQ and Dutch Oven for the rest of the year  ;D

Just teasing of course.  Sorry I couldn't make it, but I see it was once again well represented!  It would have rained like hell if I showed up.
