Usual Tuesday night thing. Kinda drizzling, overcast weather. Perfect for getting some early baits in. One surfer in the spot got out before we headed down and it was all ours.
Looked a little weedy from shore, but overall, things were pretty clean. Strand of grass or small stringer here and there.
Lots of little bites, slack lines, and decent hits. Plenty of action for the night. Especially for Tom on Surfer Watch.
Things started to pick up, and we stuck a few fish.
Tom got this nice bass.
I got a huge hit that I thought was the right kind, but it was just a practice shark. Nice one though. See?
Tom got a shark too. Check it out. Nice one, eh?
Then an eel. See how nasty they are?
I got this good sized shovel. Bleeding like a stuck pig, so I got into the water before the nice lady from Texas saw the carnage.
Couple more bass for me, and we were out of bait. Hit the road and got home early.
