Theresa has caught a 18, 21, 24, 28 and a over 30" camera shy halibut in the last couple weeks.  Me you ask?  Not a bump, either from boat or beach.

This was yesterday, 21".  We made the trip to fish the port

Sounds like you have the case of the squanches.

Those are some great fish for Theresa!  Same rigs?  Same length leader?  Something has to be different.

That sounds like a great streak for her. Keep trying you’re gonna find some soon.

Decided to catch up on sleep a bit this morning but I would have gone halibut hunting off Newport coast, this makes me wanna get out there even more.

I was looking today, she uses a 36" leader and I use about 20".  Next trip out I'm gonna duplicate her rig   8)
