Rockfish Cakes with a crab Topper

I needed to do something different with the Vermillion Rockfish on this cook, so made some mock crab cakes.    I topped it off with a pillow of real crab and got the thumbs up from the wifey!

I might have to try that (or see if I can inspire Alicia to try making it). That looks really good.
