: Tiny tackle organizing, an eternal struggle
: spideyjg July 31, 2017, 09:23:51 PM
Perpetually fighting with tiny stuff to keep it straight. Making a mini bag for surf perch and other ultra light but little jars in tackle shops are spendy and only have like 1.5 threads to hold together. Went to Wally world in the crafts section and found a kit of 28 jars in an organizer for $9.00.

The jars interlock with 3 threads and do not pop apart like the fish shop versions.

Trying to post a pic but farging Imgur doesn't seem to work.  >:(

Flikr I can't even see how to upload anything. Fargin Photobucket!

I'm sure Ben has some tiny tackle ideas.

I'm pretty minimalist, no real tricks to share.  I use the same tackle box for microfishing and regular fishing.  It holds two 3600 size trays, a spool of fluoro leader, and a few tools.  I enjoy being limited by those two 3600 size trays, because it forces me to go through them before each outing and make sure I have only what I need.

Ben brought up a good point.  I usually gear up with too much tackle.

I would keep a big pack for the garage to just restock a smaller boxes, but then again... I've failed miserable trying to do that and always carry 100x more than I need.  lol

The 3600 is what led to finding options. Too many times stuff migrates from one compartment to another.
