Courtesy of Verne when he came down to pick up fish from the processor...  I've been making tacos, steaks, and sashimi for weeks now.  Look at the oily sheen in this wahoo!  WOW!

Of all the ways I cooked them, the Wahoo Tacos were my favorite so far.  So gooooood!
