WTB: verizon cell phone

Hey guys,
 Went to a family pool party on the 4th and accidentally took my phone swimming with me for a couple hours  :o
 Tried all the tricks and it's toast.
 I can't upgrade till February so I was wondering if anyone has an old phone they don't need that works on Verizon.
 Doesn't have to be special, can't afford much, just something to tide me over till Feb.

A couple weeks ago I threw my clothes in the washer, did the full cycle then found my cell phone in there. Once it dried out a few days later it was good as new. Think I got lucky.

I got smart about 6 months ago and switched to a lifeproof case. Completely water proof to 6 ft. I'm a little more confident taking my phone fishing with me now.

In fact when I upgraded to the iPhone 6 last week, I upgraded the case to one with an auxiliary battery as well. Doubles my battery life and still waterproof.

I stopped using smart phones as much as I like them. I use the crappiest basic phones out there. If I drop it I could care less.

Definitely going to look into one of those cases!
Mine was submerged for about 2 hours. They said its done  :-\

Well I was graciously given a phone by one of the guys on SCSF. 
It seemed little buggy but I've been using it ok.
Unfourtunately, it's starting to work less and less so I'm looking again.

If anyone has an extra phone they want to get rid of or sell cheap let me know  :)
