Fall Sharking – For the first time in a while, the surf shark fishing has been pretty consistent. Generally, the best surf fishing for sharks runs from September through early June. The past few years, the bulk of the run has been in the spring, but this has been a pretty steady fall bite. Most of the sharks have been Soupfin Shark and there has been a lack of Sevengills caught recently, but the abundance of hard-fighting Topes have filled the void.
